The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and helpful. My only complaint is that when using the website, this location does not allow me to reserve a truck to be picked up outside of business hours. I have to believe it's possible to pick one up at any time, as it is at all other locations that I've interacted with, but using the website, it's not possible to choose any non-business times. This may simply be a glitch with the website, but if so, this is the only location where I've ever seen it, and it's a pretty significant impediment if I ever need one from that area again.
