The lady hardly spoke any English. It took at least 30 minutes to pick up U-Haul. She was on phone with owner and he was telling her what to do. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Very disappointed.

JOHN AEmployees at the location were not familiar with the pick up process or had any experience with towing a trailer. The employee did a video call with another employee who talked them through the check in software, then they walked to my vehicle and the trailer. I hooked up the trailer and they simply asked, "is it done?" then took a picture. Very poor experience and did not meet my expectations. In the future I will rent from u haul locations and avoid 3rd party locations.
