Still trying to figure out why I paid 125 up front and was returned everything on time and was still changed an extra 50 dollars afterwards when there was zero damage and zero reason to be changed all the extra money
Randy SCheck in and pick up took over 50 minutes on the app. It was very difficult.
Vanessa TThe lady hardly spoke any English. It took at least 30 minutes to pick up U-Haul. She was on phone with owner and he was telling her what to do. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Very disappointed.
