I was charged $25 cleaning fee because the owner claimed there was one small swipe of mud in back of truck.

I paid for an appliance dolly and of coarse just like the last time I used U-haul, it wasn't there. This required wasting a hr between calling customer service and burning up miles by driving to a 2nd location to secure a dolly. This is last time I will ever use U-haul. I think you guys do this crap on purpose so you can charge extra milage, requiring a customer to drive all over town is major BS in the middle of a move, paying hourly movers to just sit for a hour while I get jerked around by U-haul is unexceptable!
