Nothing. The self-service was great and the help was friendly. i didn't care that the truck was a little dirty as i didn't get charged for bringing it back that way. the truck did struggle at times but overall was fine

LUIS RPayed for a furniture dolly and didn’t get it. Pickup process was very complicated. Would not recommend.
Nicholas AIt had bad smell and everything was fuck up
ASIL MI was told at the first location I would receive a call within 24 hours. I did not. I received a text to a secondary location after 48 hours. My reservation was later moved to a third location with a different vehicle than what I reserved without significant notification. While the pickup location itself was fine, my experience with U-Haul was disorganized, poorly communicated, and left me untrusting of the company.
