I was very disappointed with my experience. The truck was unkempt and not in the condition I expected when renting a vehicle. I was charged $1.19 per mile and only drove about 30 miles, yet my final bill came to $189. I think that is ridiculously expensive for such a short distance, especially considering the condition of the truck. I would strongly recommend asking for a complete breakdown of all charges before renting so there are no surprises when you return the vehicle.

Michele JThey acted confused as if they didn’t know when I got the truck I made a reservation without safemove added due to me having commercial insurance through progressive I don’t pay for insurance on no rental vechicle or commercial truck. He added it to my total which I thought it was for mileage and it wasn’t.
Bobby MEmployees fill the parking spaces that customers have to use. The storage place does not have anyone in office to assist you. It feels like you get a run a round on the phone. The lot is filled with trucks, but they are there for shop repairs. Customers are sent to other locations to pick up their rentals. Just an overall horrible experience. I rented the last truck that I needed from a competitor.
