This location was fine. But i had made the reservation at a different location but was called that morning to change to this one. Truck size was not available. The main issue was, I reserved a hand truck. I had to take an appliance dolly at higher price and the mattress cover I purchased was not at pick up location I do not have the refund.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOwner showed up an hour late on a Saturday and appeared to be hung over. Did not tell me which vehicle was mine and stated to bring the vehicle back at 7/8 of a tank. Vehicle could not handle speed over 50mph and shook horribly. Vehicle was returned with 7/8 gas and gentleman still charged me for gas. You couldn't pay me to go back to this location!

Jennifer HI was very disappointed with my experience. The truck was unkempt and not in the condition I expected when renting a vehicle. I was charged $1.19 per mile and only drove about 30 miles, yet my final bill came to $189. I think that is ridiculously expensive for such a short distance, especially considering the condition of the truck. I would strongly recommend asking for a complete breakdown of all charges before renting so there are no surprises when you return the vehicle.
