How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was very disappointed with my experience. The truck was unkempt and not in the condition I expected when renting a vehicle. I was charged $1.19 per mile and only drove about 30 miles, yet my final bill came to $189. I think that is ridiculously expensive for such a short distance, especially considering the condition of the truck. I would strongly recommend asking for a complete breakdown of all charges before renting so there are no surprises when you return the vehicle.

Michele JThey acted confused as if they didn’t know when I got the truck I made a reservation without safemove added due to me having commercial insurance through progressive I don’t pay for insurance on no rental vechicle or commercial truck. He added it to my total which I thought it was for mileage and it wasn’t.
