The store person did not hookup the lights appropriately, leaving them them drag on the ground. I discovered this when I arrived at my furniture pickup location. I had to search for a replacement wire harness and it cost me $22.46. UHAUL refused to reimburse me and now I have to go to Small Claims court to get my money - for the harness PLUS cost of the court and my time to get justice. Stupid.
