JAMES YWorker want to leave early before time advertised so called to make sure i was going to be on time. Left before i had backed the truck up to leave. The normal things said in a check out were not said....in a hurry to leave I guess. Made sure I knew the hours for the next day and they were shorter than on the website. Made me wish I had gone somewhere else. Truck sounded like the engine would not make it. It was an automatic and didn't shift gears well. It had just been brought in. I have used this place in the past but after this experience, don't think I will return. Why do you put insyructions on where to park the truck where the key drop off is? Like I am going to go back and re park? That could have been told to me when I rented if they weren't in such a hurry to leave.
