Payed for a furniture dolly and didn’t get it. Pickup process was very complicated. Would not recommend.

ASIL MI was told at the first location I would receive a call within 24 hours. I did not. I received a text to a secondary location after 48 hours. My reservation was later moved to a third location with a different vehicle than what I reserved without significant notification. While the pickup location itself was fine, my experience with U-Haul was disorganized, poorly communicated, and left me untrusting of the company.
Keith BI was charged $25 cleaning fee because the owner claimed there was one small swipe of mud in back of truck.
