Had 1 day to rent a truck. This place was the closest that had one available. Good service. Rent a trailer if you can ford truck was averaging 9 miles a gallon empty. It was windy that day. Should have put a sail on to get back.

When I drop off equipment , it should be at the nearest franchise to my final destination not 25 kilometers away. That is my fuel and time for your convenience and then you have the nerve to charge extra mileage! Give your head a shake!
LORNE MI live in Kincardine and even though there are U-Haul dealers in Kincardine and Tiverton I had to drop 40 Minutes away in Lucknow?
Jason SPerfect experience. The trailer we rented was there ready when we needed it. Operations manager was knowledgeable and helpful.
Roger TWe didn't interact with personnel so that question should have a N/A option. I didn't want to click either yes or no. Would have liked to have had an option closer to the Kincardine but this was what was planned with the options available.
