Had 1 day to rent a truck. This place was the closest that had one available. Good service. Rent a trailer if you can ford truck was averaging 9 miles a gallon empty. It was windy that day. Should have put a sail on to get back.

When I drop off equipment , it should be at the nearest franchise to my final destination not 25 kilometers away. That is my fuel and time for your convenience and then you have the nerve to charge extra mileage! Give your head a shake!
LORNE MI live in Kincardine and even though there are U-Haul dealers in Kincardine and Tiverton I had to drop 40 Minutes away in Lucknow?

DAVID WVery disorganized, confusing and unprofessional. Seemed almost like they were doing shady business. They were annoying and rude and kept telling us lies. They came and picked up the U-Haul and overcharged. They then used my credit card that previously they told me was declined because they wanted cash.
