We asked for drop off at Kincardine, where there is a UHaul facility, and don't truly understand why the online booking site insisted we had to drive the van to Lucknow for return. This added a 30 minute journey each way. The Lucknow location was quite small, so it didn't seem to be the size of the facility that mattered. Site had just closed, but someone was there who was helpful and called to confirm our drop-off. Actual drop-off was easy.

James zHad 1 day to rent a truck. This place was the closest that had one available. Good service. Rent a trailer if you can ford truck was averaging 9 miles a gallon empty. It was windy that day. Should have put a sail on to get back.
jason yWhen I drop off equipment , it should be at the nearest franchise to my final destination not 25 kilometers away. That is my fuel and time for your convenience and then you have the nerve to charge extra mileage! Give your head a shake!
