Super small parking lot. Hard to get in and out of.
Tiffany HWith the location it is what it is, if you’re from the area you know it’s not sketchy. As far as the process goes, it was the most annoying and difficult process if ever done. There was no clear instructions that the contact info had to be references not your own contact info and when I went to scan my license it wouldn’t take it, I’m assuming because I have a brand knew Texas drivers license but still it should’ve recognized it. It was to the point we had to call U Haul and talk to someone to walk us through the process.
Nicole THad a lot of trouble with internet trying to connect to UHaul website to check out. Curtious and helpful though.
John GI filled out everything online and the person working acted as though I had to tell him everything including 2 other names. I put in one as requested and he said he didn't have that. Why do th extra work if the person doesn't have it
