The previous user left the back of the truck with lots of dirt that I cleaned before using. The staff at Richardson are Great! No problems there. Got us in and out in a jiffy and really friendly people.

I'm highly pissed I have been charged twice for a 4 hour use
kimberly F.This agent too warned me about returning truck to unassigned lot even though I was told when renting that any location was fine. Then U-Haul assigned me a return area 5 miles out of the way. Appears there is much miscommunication with the company since the agents don't have a direct line to call for help and nothing good to say about the U-Haul company in general.
