This was not the location I wanted. They never called or emails me to ask if it was ok to change locations. I’ve had nothing but problems with U-Haul the past week then I have ever had. Will not use them again.

It’s an auto parts junk yard. The guy there was nice and did help. Just not a UHaul experience. This entire experience from the beginning of the trip was a disaster, evens the truck sounded like it was on its last leg. Was a little worried it was going to make the 18 hour trip. The over all experience U-Haul created was stressful!!!!!!
