Jeff was in communication with me immediately after I booked the service to confirm what service I needed. The day before my move he confirmed the needed time and gave me a window for arrival. 15 minutes before arrival time he said they were on their way. They hit a back up on the exit so told me they would be 6 minutes longer (I was stuck in the same backup). Jeff and Juan arrived as stated and got right to work, thhey hustled and got it done! I would use the service again in a heartbeat.

Toni was very helpful. We will use again and will recommend. The uhaul website and the app, on the other hand, are not good. We couldn't upload our licenses and the return process was confusing on the app.

JOHN QThere was blood stains on the floor of the back storage area. Also, on your 15 foot truck. The gas pedal and brake are much too close together.
