Uhauls check-in process is not clear. I did not pick up at exact time. U-Haul changed my pickup time. Had to call to fix it.

Cecile BJeff was in communication with me immediately after I booked the service to confirm what service I needed. The day before my move he confirmed the needed time and gave me a window for arrival. 15 minutes before arrival time he said they were on their way. They hit a back up on the exit so told me they would be 6 minutes longer (I was stuck in the same backup). Jeff and Juan arrived as stated and got right to work, thhey hustled and got it done! I would use the service again in a heartbeat.
