Although the initial pick up was a bit difficult, once I spoke with a Uhaul representative, everything went smoothly. Incidentally, Denise was the representative, and she was amazing.

This location is Awesome! The staff saved my morning when the Uhaul app failed miserably at picking up my truck. Staff was amazing. I get and support self checkout most of the time, except grocery stores, keep ppl employed yall. So after the apps ai started discriminating against me, i paused, walked inside, and the super spectacular staff had me out the door with a rented vehicle in five minutes. the app isn’t all bad but it’s not ready for prime time in certain regards. i do not know where the ai failed, maybe flagging me as a 100+ yrs old when it scanned my brand new Government issued license? i’d ask for my employment status. I’m retired at 48 and it didn’t accept that and my phone number bc it did not differ from my profile number. idk. do better. great experience overall, but i choose pickup time when the location opened for this exact purpose. i love you terminator matrix killbot. please spare me when u decide. 😂

Justin VUhauls check-in process is not clear. I did not pick up at exact time. U-Haul changed my pickup time. Had to call to fix it.
