Michael HMake sure the truck is available if not then they need to call the customer to notify them. Also make sure if there is additional equipment or items needed for the move are at the location. Very terrible situation!
Autumn FThe trailer front left wheel fell off, I think the PM of your equipment needs to be revamped as this should never happen. I could have caused a serious accident, luckily it was at a time when traffic was light.
