No windshield wiper fluid the truck was not full of gas. It was stuck in the snow. It wasn’t warmed up when I came to pick it up. Worst experience around.

WENDY LDrop off person did not know how to remove car trailer from truck. I had to call a local, knowledgeable contractor to come remove the trailer so I could empty the truck. They also did not know how to complete return process without making a phone call. He was not able to verify that the truck was returned early so I would not be charged for the extra day. Did not check the inside cleanliness so I would receive the $25.00 refund either. There is a much larger U-Haul location nearer to my home which would have been more convenient and more knowledgeable.
