The staff member at the Always Mart was very helpful and professional. Their was a group before me in line that was struggling with the forms and he was patient and helpful with them. Kudos to your staff.

The attendant asked if I wanted to use my insurance or pay for it and I specifically asked to just use my own because I was only going 10 miles. He then charged for insurance. I contacted U-Haul and thankfully they refunded me for the charge.
Morgan SNo windshield wiper fluid the truck was not full of gas. It was stuck in the snow. It wasn’t warmed up when I came to pick it up. Worst experience around.
