I had several issues with my reservation and when I attempted to make changes it created additional problems. The two individuals I worked with at the pickup/dropoff location expressed little interest in helping me. When I picked up the vehicle, it was making an extremely loud sound when backing up - this continued during the rental. I was charged a $15.00 "insurance" charge that I attempted several times online to deselect and was almost charged for picking the truck up a day early becuase of the issues trying to make/adjust the reservation. This was by far the worst experience I've had renting a truck from U-Haul.

The staff member at the Always Mart was very helpful and professional. Their was a group before me in line that was struggling with the forms and he was patient and helpful with them. Kudos to your staff.
Michael GThe attendant asked if I wanted to use my insurance or pay for it and I specifically asked to just use my own because I was only going 10 miles. He then charged for insurance. I contacted U-Haul and thankfully they refunded me for the charge.
Morgan SNo windshield wiper fluid the truck was not full of gas. It was stuck in the snow. It wasn’t warmed up when I came to pick it up. Worst experience around.
