van smelled of smoke and fairly clean but the staff as great and made it better; they were always available to answer my questions and assist as needed

The truck was not ready for pickup. The location had an emergency, but the truck was prepared for pickup. I called the 800 number, and they would transfer me to another representative that would eventually hang up on me. This was an issue with the 800 customer service number not the location. It happened 3 times.

LAQUAN AI had a ok experience until I noticed I was being charged again after I was told that I’d get some of my money back. Also told to keep the truck until Tuesday and have it there at a certain time. I don’t understand why I’m being charged double. I have receipts and proof.
