Office hours are 10-4 but uhaul website has them opening at 9. I did everything online with a 9am pickup time. When I got there, I had to call a number left on the door. It was no problem from that point. She came immediately and all was well. But time needs to be adjusted one way or the other.

The guy who checked me in had no clue how to use the computer or check me in kids running around everywhere finally a lady came out checked me in but argued with him the entire time...never again and I will be contacting corporate

The location was not staffed during the hours shown on the website. Since it had a drop box, that was okay. The person who returned my call at drop off time stated he'd send an return confirmation email soon after I'd dropped it off, but that didn't happen for about 24 hours. No biggee.

The truck was not ready on time. There was no gas in the truck and the blankets I ordered were not at the location. I had to stop immediately and get gas, and travel to another uHaul location to pick up the blankets. Overall, a terrible experience and terrible customer service.

We normally have great experiences with you guys but this has been our worst move ever! I made it online reservations only to have nothing I reserved including a appliance dolly not available! I was sent 2 different locations 1 which was not open or answering phone calls and the other sent me away because they were renting the same truck to someone else! We also had 2 different withdrawals pending on my account for $65 which has tied up funds that I need available to complete my move! U-Haul normally provides A-1 service but today has been a huge disappointment!! I really hope whoever reads this is able to fix these issues!!
