Outstanding customer service to say the least. I had to leave my vehicle in their overnight locked fenced in yard. I didn’t have to worry about it given the level of security this facility has in place. I felt very comfortable and welcome at this facility. I will not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Carmen MThe dash indicates the right tire was low in air pressure upon checkout. In addition, the vehicle had 1/8 tank of gas but the contract had 1/4 tank. While a $13 fuel credit was given on the estimate for me to fill up to the 1/4 tank mark, the final receipt did not give me the credit. Apparently, the facility did not confirm that I had added an extra $13 in gas. I called UHaul and there is an open claim to investigate. The facility is convenient and the staff is pleasant. I would recommend again. I’m sure the two issues above will be worked out.
