Excellent customer service. Terms of service explained to you in detail. I started my reservation online so the process was super fast once I went to pick up the u haul. I would definitely recommend this site “Veterans Thrift Store” for a h haul reservation.
Vonara Bnot a lot of trucks at the parking lot, only 3 trucks total when I came in.

SARAH GUpon returning the truck and equipment, it was discovered that the mileage was incorrect. The manager Yvonne attempted to resolve the issue with the las vegas location. the contract was put on hold until the issue was resolved, On monday, i received an email and an additional charge stating that the mileage was fixed but the vehicle which was returned on saturday, was not cleared until monday. I was charged $87.95 for returning equipment one day late, even though the truck and trailer were in u-hauls possession.
