The dash indicates the right tire was low in air pressure upon checkout. In addition, the vehicle had 1/8 tank of gas but the contract had 1/4 tank. While a $13 fuel credit was given on the estimate for me to fill up to the 1/4 tank mark, the final receipt did not give me the credit. Apparently, the facility did not confirm that I had added an extra $13 in gas. I called UHaul and there is an open claim to investigate. The facility is convenient and the staff is pleasant. I would recommend again. I’m sure the two issues above will be worked out.
Angelica VThe person who managed/owned the store was very chatty. She just wanted to talk instead of get me checked out and on my way. She also talked badly about her employees to me. This was unprofessional.
