We tried using the website for after hours pickup and it was a nightmare, me and my husband both had service but the website just wouldn't work to upload pics of the drivers lisences, took almost an hour total to do so and all customer support could do was tell us to download the app so we both had to sit there deleting things from our phones to download it. Not everyone has space for an app! Every single thing requires an app now and it is absurd!

CATHEDRAL HYall say it $19 but yall don’t tell people you charge by the mile and i feel that should be brought up before totaling things out…it went from $19 to $83 to $125.
