They people were rude and combative. Yelled at me for parking the trailer out of the way. I went in to ask where to drop it and the guy got all up in arms.

DANNIE VEverything about this experience was terrible. It didn’t give me an option of one way or in town when I did it online. So then I had to drive it 22 miles back to Madison which was that much more mileage I had to pay. I will never use uhual again
