At first they told us they didn’t have a trailer when they did. They also have their own policy outside of UHauls policy that made pick up very difficult. We had reserved it with a specific card and had a specific pickup person and they forced my pickup person to use their own card. It was a very frustrating experience. They also wouldn’t let me check out the equipment on the app and upload photos myself they said they had to hook up the trailer for me and that they had to take all my photos.
