First off, they didn't tell me I would be charged for 2 days for dropping off at a different location. On top of that they overcharged me for the 2 days. I pointed it out and they agreed to give me a $20 credit which they haven't done. They did not offer to help hook up the trailer I had to ask. They were friendly however.
