They were closed. However they charged me for an extra day , I returned it on Sunday. Had a gas charge but I had 3/8 tank as requested.

HORREL MEmployee was confused on how to set the reservation 3 days in advance, and then communicated at pick up that they may not have the U-Haul available that was reserved. Afterwards, the location charged an additional day against my card, even though it was returned the day requested. Previously had good experiences at this branch, but this occurrence was uncharacteristically poor.
