I turned the truck in 20 hours before it was due and they charged me for an extra day. When I called to get it corrected, they said they reviewed their cameras and said the truck was not there. I told them I had time stamped pictures of the truck being turned in 20 hours before it was due and then they told me a trailer was late. I never had a trailer and referred them to my contract and finally they refunded my bogus charge. I also asked them to credit me for the mileage I didn't use and they told me that was not U-hauls policy.
