I was to pick up the truck at location near our home but was notified that it had changed 20 miles away. There was no one there to answer any questions about the truck.NOT VERY HELPFUL.
Mike BOnline it said it was open, but when I got there it had a sign on the door that they were working from home. I called the number and they said to leave the trailer there and they would check it in. I felt like someone should have checked out the trailer.
RANDALL RI didn't notice it at first, but one of the chains on this trailer is broken. I used my own.
