Difference was day and night between the location in Madisonville and the one in Winchester.

The steering on the truck had a good bit of play in it, which made it kind of difficult to drive, also the front tires were bald and knotted, had I noticed this when I first picked up the truck, I would have tried to get a different one. Other than that it did make it.

On main highway passed a Uhaul location with the same name, was not the correct one. We had to drive down a country road by farms and houses and the location was actually at someone's house. Very strange, don't try to drop off at night you won't find it. Also no one there to dispute the added gas charge or miles due to driving to the location twice.

It’s kind of hard to find but the people were very friendly and explained everything

Need to tell you I had reserved a trailer at Rocky Top Storage in Madisonville. They were to open at 9am, but no one showed up by 9:45. So I went farther from home to Watsons and they took good care of me.

Everything went great until I got double charged with no explonation I don't belive that is a good business practice. I recommend using a credit card with a low spending limit because they will charge you extra with no explanation.

There is no one there to help you. You have to call a number on their warehouse. If you don't have a cell phone, you are out of luck. If you call the manager, he will come right over and help you. But, when you arrive for the first time, you try to find someone to help you, or consider going somewhere else. There is also a house there with signs on the house that ask customers not to bother them, which was discouraging, making me wonder what to do next, like walking around to find someone there to help me. Once we called the Warehouse telephone number, we were able to unhook the trailer and get processed out quickly.

It was not a typical uhaul place. It was a salvage yard but very nice and very helpful. I would use this place.

The guys was fantastic!! Busy as hell, but still managed to give 100%. We wont go anywhere else if we need u-haul and habe already talked to friends and family about our experience today. I think his name was Seith that helped. It sounded like see-th. Either way, amazing!!!
