Richard M.Was going through Truck Share to pick up my rental, got the code for the key lock box and opened it but the key was not there. So, I was unable to get rental; however, I was still charged for it even though mileage was exactly the same which proves I did not use the truck! I am supposed to be getting a refund, but have not received it yet.
