Magnolia’s Best Storage gets 5 stars from me! They’re friendly, helpful on the phone, and their rates are competitive. I would absolutely rent from them again. My only complaint is with U-Haul’s mobile app—not Magnolia’s Best Storage. The after-hours pickup was stressful because the app was glitchy. Even though I uploaded all my information (photo, driver’s license, credit card, etc.) two days in advance to make pickup easy, the app made me re-enter everything from scratch when I arrived. I had to call U-Haul multiple times just to get new links that would work. It definitely needs an overhaul. That said, this issue reflects on U-Haul—not Magnolia’s Best Storage. They were wonderful. If possible, I’d recommend picking up during normal business hours because their in-person service can’t be beat!
