CODY PWell, the location and staff there were wonderful, the online check-in that we used to pick up. The truck was an absolute nightmare. It took us over an hour to complete the check-in process using the U-Haul app. While I would definitely use and recommend this location, I will never use the U-Haul app to check in again.
