Employee where the truck was picked up was very rude and not helpful. They continued to have a personal conversation on the phone and i had to ask them to multiple times to pick up my uhaul. Had to go back twice before I got a truck because the first one was blocked in. The heat knob would not work so there was no heat and it was very cold that day. Passenger Side mirror kept falling down so it was very difficult to see. Overall was not a good experience at all and I will never pick up at that location again.
