The lock was on backwards and it took about 45 minutes to maneuver it around to work the combination and get the lock off to get the keys. We had to use our phone to slide behind it and see if the combo was in correctly. Then when we started it up, it was 0 miles to empty . We had to coast to the gas station and soon learned it was empty because there was a hole in the tank. So we had to wait another 30-45 minutes for a replacement. The positive part of this experience is that the uhaul representative was very helpful and made things as right as he possibly could. We really appreciate his help
