The man who was working, Guy, was incredibly rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He was in a hurry to leave and had already shut down his computer and WOULD NOT turn it back on. No matter how well maintained the trucks were, I would never use this facility again. I would, however, rent a uhaul from another location. Honestly, I'm not the person that would normally say anything, but this experience was really bad and very upsetting.
Kim GDropped off trailer 1 day early, at approx 1015am. Noone was at the location. Called , the number, person was out, would check in the trailer when returned. Check in transaction completed at approx 300pm. Prefer a location that's open, staffed for operation. Uhaul selected the return location.
