Triple G is great to work with! The best customer service in the business! The only problem I had was the Uhaul app is absolute garbage! It never works and would not allow me to check my truck in. Ever time I use the app it is so painful. Uhaul, your apps useless!

Everything was good until a mistake was made by checking PM instead of am for return time resulting in additional charges. Mistake was admitted, but not corrected as promised.
Mark WI dropped off at night, so the personnel question is not applicable. It was not clear which building housed the business. Also, it was not clear where to drop off the equipment.
