I dont know if this is normal but my quote for $80 dollars was blown up to $150 .

The guy did not give me the option to either accept or deny anything he just charged me. He lied and said his printer didn’t work that’s why he didn’t print the contract. I was severely disappointed in how whole experience was.
TIMOTHY VThe return portion of my U-Haul rental was also problematic. I was originally scheduled to drop off the trailer at a local business, but upon arrival, I was told their lot was full and that I needed to drive to a different location. The alternate drop-off site turned out to be a very rundown hotel that appeared to be in the process of being demolished. The clerk at this location did not inspect the trailer or provide any documentation confirming that I had successfully returned the equipment, which left me feeling uneasy. Additionally, local police were continuously patrolling the parking area, further adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. While I ultimately completed the return, the experience at this location did not reflect the level of professionalism or security I would expect from a U-Haul facility. I recommend ensuring that return sites are safe, well-maintained, and able to provide proper confirmation of equipment return.
William MPersonnel helped us unhook thr trailer. Hw was very nice and personable.
