CHRISTINE MReservation process is messed up. Made a reservation believing a truck was there, I called. They did not have a truck….. had to make another reservation at another pickup location….. please fix it!!!!
ANDRE BThe woman who works in the office is the best! She confirmed my appointment by phone call and was very thorough in giving, directions, what equipment i needed and pick up and drop off instructions. You just dont get that sort of customer service anymore. I will be using ABC Mini Storage U-Haul from here on out.
