I did the online check in but I had to do the line in the store anyway. Then I waited for the van 30 min. They forgot to give me the dolly which was paid for. The right mirror was broken and they did not mark it in the paperwork.

I returned the vehicle on the 6/28/18 at 8pm but they put in their system retuned on 6/29/18 and they then incorrectly charged me 40.00$ for another extra day in which was wrong because I returned on the same day service at 8pm on 6/28/18,I seen this charged on my receipt and I was very upset and it's taking them forever to get back to me to fix the problem and reimburse me. Uhaul sites are very under staffed!

I used my U-Haul app to book and reserve for 11am got there vehicle not ready got my vehicle at 12.30 needless to say the 3 miles that I put on it I lost my contract to do the job for being so late terrible service and forget about your app it’s nonsense

Clearer signs on where to drop off, there was construction going on. When I dropped off. There was no one to help me outside, I had to walk around the garage to find someone. Representative should have called someone out to help the customer instead of customer searching the garage.

Waited for 2 hours to get van. After 40 minutes inquired why 10 people behind me had already gone and was told it was in the proper order. Turns out, 2 hours in, my van did not exist. No help, no checking, no expediting....had to wait to get a van...

I had a terrible time checking in for the uhaul. I was told to do it on my phone to make for an easier and smoother check in. I won’t have to wait in line. I had called and talked to a lady who told me I should fill out my info so I can skip the line and save time filling out paperwork. When I got there I checked in on my phone. It told me to find a couple of different numbered vehicles which I couldn’t locate, and then I asked someone who works there and he told me “that app doesn’t work here” and walked away without even looking up from his device. Then I had to get in line with 20 other people and wait nearly an hour to get checked in. Delaying and inconveniencing my entire day. I’m very disappointed in this experience for misleading me.

The phone app for quicker pickup does not work at this Chelsea location. There was a huge line (we had to wait in it for 40 minutes), full of confused people who had reserved online but could not pick up their own vehicle because there is no regular parking lot. Please disable the online pickup at this location so people know ahead of time what to expect. We were very frustrated with the whole experience.

I ordered a dozen furniture pads/blankets. When I arrived at the location they told me they only had six. No problem...I said fine. They told me they were in the warehouse to go and get them. When I went to the warehouse, there were about 4 or 5 laying around on the floor covered in mud and water from construction they're doing onsite. Nobody helped me and I tool three...they were disgusting.

The pick up service was quick and efficient. I really appreciated an early call on the final morning when I had parked illegally and the van was about to get towed away. It allowed me to run there and stop it. Great company.

wrong reservation time, faulty truck was replaced and given new one with broken defrost and bad ac. Additionally, charged me for equipment I did not rent due to confusion with original truck swap. Charged me for another truck returned in SC that I did not even rent. Customer service was unable to assists whenever I call. Glitch with the self return and on the website account. I was told I could return the truck at 9:30, only to find the location closed. After spending 45 minutes on hold trying to reach customer service I left the truck outside the return equipment area in order to come back the next morning and drop off the keys. I ended up getting a ticket for $115. I have tried calling, and emailing multiple times with no success. I would love to reimbursed for the ticket as I was mislead and given absolutely no guidance by uhaul staff. Please get back to me. My email is email@example.com.

After returning the truck, I kept getting phone calls that I needed to return the truck, when I had already done so. It took over 24 hours for them to check it back in and an extra dolly was incorrectly charged to my account. And customer service still has not gotten back to me.

Despite having rented moving pads the location was out. I want charged for them but I expected to have them. A reservation means the equipment specified is reserved; it shouldn't have been possible for it to be gone. As a result, some of the furniture I moved now has some damage. Additionally, when I called a few days before to ensure everything was in order, the representative not only confirmed that my equipment would be ready but that I could return the van after business hours. When picking up the van, the desk rep told me this was not possible. It ended up not being necessary for me but that level of coordination needs to be sorted out.
