David AJust have more of a sign or personal contact to confirm that leaving the trailer in the parking lot was sufficient. There was no one in an office to greet us when we left the trailer there so we were a bit concerned. However, the location was perfect and the gentleman who was on site quite helpful. In short, our entire rental experience was tremendously satisfactory! Thank you.
JOHN KI ordered the trailer that I wanted on line. The order acknowledgement came from Vetting Transportation in Valders WI. The day of pick up, I went to Vetting Transportation (20 miles one way) to find out that they did not have the trailer I reserved. I then traveled to Wings & Things back in Manitowoc (another 20 miles) only to find out that they haven't rented U-Haul equipment for more than 2-YEARS. I then traveled to Wicked Customs (another 5 miles) where I found "a trailer" BUT still not the trailer I reserved (more expensive) but at this point I would have taken a horse and buggy... I truly don't think I should have to pay for anything, based on this experience. NONE OF THIS WAS WICKED CUSTOMS FAULT... I
