Tessa CMya was great to work with, knew and did everything necessary to get me on the move.
Wesley Di returned the truck on Monday late afternoon. they were closed. I called the owner he said just put the key in the box. so we did. I received a notice that I have been charged an extra day cause I returned the truck at 1PM Tuesday and it was due back a noon. I have a video of the truck and the lot when we returned it and it is timed and dated Monday. this is very poor business representative of uhaul !!! .
GLORIA QMia is incredible! She works well with Sam. She values me as a loyal U-haul user. Her excellent customer service insures that I will do two things: Think of U-haul over other options, and... that I will go to Taylor Made as my first choice. Their location is also really convenient.
