This location not only overcharged me for mileage but called the police on me and lied saying it was uhaul that did so. While moving i had a heart attack so there was noone to return the truck that day. My sister and fiance contacted uhaul to let them know what happened. In the meantime taylor made towing contacted law enforcement amd sent them to my home and work to arrest me. They then went on to lie to my family saying u haul had put on a red flag order for the truck. We confirmed through uhaul that they did no such thing and a Taylor may towing was lying. And how that was confirmed was by a three way call taylor made not knowing you hall was on the other end of the line. U-Haul quickly discredited Taylor made accusations and let them know.There should have been no police involvement whatsoever and confirmed that Taylor made was lying.And they had no choice but to admit it. Taylor made were the ones who called the police.\nAnd even upon finding out what it really happened and of my heart attack continued to lie and say uhaul had a red flag order for the truck and anyone driving it would be arrested if stopped. Uhaul had put out no such order out Because the truck was only a few hours late. I was publicly humiliated when the law showed up at my place of residence and work looking for the uhaul. I had a heart attack and was under enough stress. I would never do business with Taylor Made towing .They have not issued an apology.They've not issued a refund for the embarrassment I suffered , and my attorney has already been contacting. This was ridiculous and was no way to treat a customer. Uhaul themselves were very cooperative.Yet they have not done anything to compensate me.\nOr to apologize for this situation. This was added stress that I did not need in a very difficult time. On top of all that , I still have an outstanding bill for over six hundred dollars after paying two hundred dollars out of pocket already. I drove no further than Manning.In summerton , south carolina and they're trying to charge me for over three hundred miles that I didn't drive miles , I couldn't have driven because I was in the hospital. As I said, do not absolutely do not read anything from Taylor made towing unless you want to be publicly humiliated and charged outrageous fees. U-Haul was helpful and a bit cooperative.But as I said they did nothing to compensate me or even apologize for what happened.\nI will be contacting my attorney about these matters.And the slanderous way I was treated.

They weren’t there during business hours. The cell reception in the area is bad so I couldn’t use my app for assistance. Dropped off on Monday wasn’t checked in until Tuesday

Mark HI forgot lady name (my apologies) trust me if you ever go there you will definitely know who she is because as soon you walk through the door she will acknowledge you & make you want to spend the money. (She’s very friendly) The process was extremely quick and her customer service was a 10/10!😊 Yes I will be renting from this location again if I ever need a U-Haul.
