Richard FOffice was dirty, no returning vehicle instruction was given, no receipt was given either.Reservation was made 2 weeks ago for a 20' truck but at pick up day we were told no 20' truck was available so we had to take 26' truck.A couple of 20' trucks were parked outside.Returned vehicle at lunch time, office was closed, key were dropped off in night box.Customer service: 1
