My experience was excellent with both managers at the mini storage in Manorville on Monday 3/17 and Tuesday 3/18/25. They were courteous and professional. The gentleman on Tuesday has been there from my beginning rental of storage last September. He has been very pleasant and helpful . Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time for me. I would definitely recommend this facility in Manorville NY
DIANE BIt took over 45 minutes to use the mobile app to pick up a van. I had to call customer service and sit on the phone. They could use a wifi hotspot to connect to in order to be sure this doesn’t happen.
