My experience was excellent with both managers at the mini storage in Manorville on Monday 3/17 and Tuesday 3/18/25. They were courteous and professional. The gentleman on Tuesday has been there from my beginning rental of storage last September. He has been very pleasant and helpful . Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time for me. I would definitely recommend this facility in Manorville NY

It took over 45 minutes to use the mobile app to pick up a van. I had to call customer service and sit on the phone. They could use a wifi hotspot to connect to in order to be sure this doesn’t happen.

Chris MFor some reason, the bill when initially processing, totaled over $1,450. I told the U-Haul attendant that was not possible; 165 plus the safe trip, etc. He agreed and tried to correct. Then cancelled my reservation and created a new one. Worked ok but think drop off location changed.
