It took over 45 minutes to use the mobile app to pick up a van. I had to call customer service and sit on the phone. They could use a wifi hotspot to connect to in order to be sure this doesn’t happen.

Chris MFor some reason, the bill when initially processing, totaled over $1,450. I told the U-Haul attendant that was not possible; 165 plus the safe trip, etc. He agreed and tried to correct. Then cancelled my reservation and created a new one. Worked ok but think drop off location changed.
