It was a quick transaction.. easy
John OThere was a little garbage in the front passenger side of truck. There was a small crack in the windshield. I ordered a hand truck and the site didn't have one available. That order was taken off my rental request without my knowledge. I had to drive to another U haul in the next town to get a hand truck before closing. Who moves without a dollie or a hand truck. So disappointed.
Michelle MThe trailer I rented was supposed to have brakes but they were broken and I didn’t realize it until the trailer was already loaded. My appointment to pick up the trailer was scheduled for 9:00 AM and nobody showed up to open the location until 9:25. I was then told I have to go to the back of the lot to hook up the trailer myself and come to the from when I am finished so they can take a picture of it attached. When I came to return the trailer, the person inside the building waved me to drop it off in the back packing lot, again, they did not help to disconnect the trailer. I would NOT recommend this location. Next time I will drive 20 minutes to patchogue. They are always very helpful.
