The location was a great convenient spot. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Brand new facility always clean n available 24/7. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

UHaul needs to do a better job with informing your facility with their online deals. You had no information about the online promotion I signed up with UHaul. Manorville Mini Storage - 5 star. UHaul - 3 star. I had to pay more for my storage unit then what UHaul and I agreed upon.

It took over 45 minutes to use the mobile app to pick up a van. I had to call customer service and sit on the phone. They could use a wifi hotspot to connect to in order to be sure this doesn’t happen.

Would have liked it a little more secure, but overall great place. Josh in the office was always polite, professional, and always available on site to assist.

For some reason, the bill when initially processing, totaled over $1,450. I told the U-Haul attendant that was not possible; 165 plus the safe trip, etc. He agreed and tried to correct. Then cancelled my reservation and created a new one. Worked ok but think drop off location changed.

Was convenient being so close to apt complex. Location, location, location! Would be better if box truck had a ramp

Trying to help a customer for pick up the truck to closest location no to make it Costumo Drive 45 miles away to pick it up the rental is being reserved for months no to call the last minutes to the customer for the pick up the U-Haul location supposed to make it
